these people will give you no caring service the are un attentive to your bike and your needs and leave your bike a greasy mess when its finished,theyre service department is a nightmare and was completely dissatisfied with them and let them know it.will never deal with them again and i urge you not to either un less you would also like a bad expeirience.

I bought a 2002 road king in 2005, paid 17k for it and wanted to upgrade to a 2006 a year later, got offered 14,500 for trade after 3k in upgrades on spotless bike. I was told new bike had 3k in upgrades and I was getting charged for them but nuts for mine. When asked why only 14,5 for trade and no flexability on price of new I was told 'frankly, you paid too much for this one" When I told the sales girl Bambi that I bought the bike there, she asked "who from"? I told her it was Tina and she replied "oh that's why" I informed the sales manager and he said "oh, that's how sale people are". I don't think so, I will not buy from there again, I do get parts and some service but only because of convienence.
