| Salesperson actually walked away while trying to
negotiate to greet another customer. Store manager
didn't even get out of chair to greet me or say
hello. Refused to go below MSRP and argued that
they do not receive dealer invoicing for their
bikes. They lost two customers today when we had
cash in hand ready to buy.
