Won't return phone calls. Quotes ridiculous prices for parts and / or service (guess they don't know about the internet and the customer being able to check what the competition charges there). Voicing concerns over problems with the owner is a waste of time. Poor customer service. They provide good customer service to get the sale of the snowmachine and get the inventory off the showroom floor, but beyond that, forget it. Took 3-4 months (and three two hour round trip journeys to the dealership after they called to say the parts were in) to get a parts order in after they said it'd be here in a week or less. Did I say poor customer service?
