| Over the past 18 years me and my family have
bought both arctic cat and polaris ATV and
snowmachines from this dealer and remember when
they combined shops and open up their new shop.
Because of their excellant service and people we
continue to buy here. They meet us usually by name
when we walk in and go out of their way to help
us. The only thing negative i can say is the time
we have to wait for some parts on back order. This
is frustrating to the dealer as well as us, but
the bottom line is it is not a dealer problem but
a distribution problem.

| This store was selling an ATV for us. While in
their possession they starting it up the machine
took off on its own without the driver and badly
damaging the front end of the ATV.
One of the owners (Paul) who we had been working
with repaired the machine both mechanically and
monetarily without any problems. We have also
used their staff to answer our general questions,
and they have always been very helpful. We would
buy our next ATV from them in a heartbeat.

| Eagle Polaris has a really nice showroom..that
showcases lots of fun
toys(wheelers,snowmachines,etc),but their service
sucks! My husband and I wasted 2 trips in going
down there because the person on the phone whom we
spoke with had no clue what the hell they were
talking about. We tried getting a refund on some
money we used to put down on a UTV. When we called
they said that all we needed to do was come down,
so my husband went down there. Then the
salesperson tells him its going to take a week and
that they were going to call...So a week and half
goes by and no call. So we call again and ask
where our money was. The guy said oh the check is
upstairs..so we tell him we are on our way to get
our money. So when we get there they said OH we
mailed it. NOw wouldnt it have been nice for them
to call us to first of all tell us that we are
getting our money back and second that we were
going to mail it. Instead we wasted two 20 min
trips for nothing. What a joke!
