Posted On: 03/16/13 Bought a $3500 scooter and got robbed. The titles are all fabricated and these guys are switching around VIN numbers as well. Called Allstate insurance and they confirmed the suspicious activity. In fact they refused to insure the bike because of the practices. They refuse to refund the money even though I still do not have a legal scooter! I should of known better when I saw the scooters are all dusty and scratched up! Go somewhere else....trust me!
Posted On: 02/02/13 very expensive, especially on repair, just be careful when going in for a repair. i needed my vespa repaired and they did not do anything, not even looked at it as i can tell because i marked all the screws a certain way before bringing it to them. They charged me 275 dollars for nothing at all.
Posted On: 07/17/12 Terrible terrible service. Dropped off my 50cc at the shop for tune up and engine malfunction. I was never updated on the status of my scooter ever. I had to call everyday just to get a update on my scooter and even then I would hear different stories on whether they were working on my scooter or not. One day I called and the wheels were off. The next day I was informed they haven\'t even touched my scooter yet. The next day I was told it would be done at the end of the week. Needless to say it never happened. Go anywhere else but here for any scooter problems. I know there aren\'t many options, but believe me... I doubted the reviews on yelp and paid the price for it.
