A complete clown show at John kileys

It\'s kind of interesting that almost every time someone gives Kiley\'s a bad review there is another review that seems to refute it. Well, my experience was the worst I\'ve every had at any place of business. I\'m not going to go into all the details because it\'s too hard to believe how rude the sales manager was, but I will say I\'d never do business with Kiley\'s. There service is the worst I\'ve ever experienced and the sales people the rudest. They are also over priced and won\'t negotiate. If you buy from Kiley\'s you will over pay.

This place has the worst service department ever! Every time I have to bring my bike in for service, they end up causing a completely different problem i.e i needed to get my head gasket replaced, and when my bike was returned, I had a gas leak that was caused by the mechanic improperly mounting my gas tank. There have been a few other instances. I was told by the service depart \"well this bike is known for having problems, why did you even buy it?\" Now I\'m not sure, but I am pretty sure that that is useful information and would have come in very handily on the day I was buying my bike. Last complaint I have is that the last time I went in for a part (anti vibration handle bar weights) I was told there is no such product made. However, when I took a look for myself, they had several different sizes in stock. I feel that the parts department should probably be knowledgeable of the parts that are made/ in stock. Kiley\'s Cycle World...SUCKS!!!!

I recently went shopping for a new bike and I found Kiley\'s sales staff unhelpful and not very knowledgeable. But the biggest reason I didn\'t buy from them is there prices high and they refuse to deal. I went to Barracuda Suzuki in Fort Walton and got a great deal. Saved big over Kiley\'s.

I also just bought a 2011 Suzuki Hyabusa From John KIleys Cycle World. I had a great experience ! I also shopped around and bought my busa at the BEST PRICE AVAILABLE. The sales guys were awesome, I met and talked at length to Curtis, he is very knowledge about busa\'s and was more than willing to share his knowledge with me. I asked Russell ( salesperson ) about the incident you describe and he was very forthcoming. While Russell and I were chatting about this some lady walked by and spoke up, she said she over heard Most of the conversation between you and curtis and it was nothing like you describe.
The truth of the matter is you were complaining you can not put your busa in 6th gear at 50-60 mph. DUH........its a busa, I can\'t do that on mine either, it\'s not made to do that !
I think you embaressed your self and perhaps bought way to much bike for your riding ability, newbbies shouldn\'t ride busa\'s !

I recently bought my gsxr1000 at cycle world. The sales guys Russell and Curtis were both great to work with and very knowledgable. They helped me with accessories, introduced me to parts and service and I even met John Kiley ! After the sale, I thought the bike was low on oil and called back, Russell and Curtis handled it and even came to my house on the spot to double check the oil, it was not low.
I would buy there again, they are a great bunch of guys.

I recently purchased a new 2011 Busa. I didn\'t buy it at Kiley\'s because the sales people wouldn\'t even return my call much less deal. I brought the bike into Kiley\'s for service because it is the closest dealership...big mistake. When the salesman (Curtis) found out I did not purchase the bike from Kiley\'s he told me I needed to get it serviced where I bought it. I told him I was going to call Suzuki and find out what they had to say about his policy. That\'s when he lost it! He started yelling and cussing. He told me to get the f*#k out of here and don\'t come f*#king back. This profanity and yelling continued for the several minutes it took me to put my gear on and ride away. This was by far the most bizarre experience I have ever had in a business setting.

Why are there so many dishonest piss poor dealerships. How do they stay in business. You are suppose to work down from the msrp not up. Their bikes are ridiculously marked up. They won\'t budge on a bike that is 3 years old. Lame.

I went to John Kiley\'s Cycle World for repairs to my carburetors. I have never received such poor service from any dealership in my life. Good luck trying to get the Service Department on the phone to find out the status of your bike. I finally had to call the General Manager to get an answer from the Service Department. After all that, they still did not do the repairs properly.

Selection was great! However they were not willing to nogatiate on the price much at all. Salesman was not very professional and failed to tell me about inital maintenance cost not being covered in purchase price until after I recieved the bill, which was discussed and said it was covered. You would think that in sales customer service should be number 1, that goes a long way in my book.. If a customer calls for something that should be a priority to take care of them for future business, but yet when I have called many times they make me feel like they don't know whats going on, those comments should be kept to yourself not expressed to the customer. To sum up my experience I would not buy there again due to poor customer service.

Sales people act more like prosecuting attorneys. They forced me to buy elsewhere - which I did. Great selections of accessories.
