| This is Ronnie O'Dell and financed $8,000.00 on an
Honda ATV. I purchased the three year extended
waranty and service. It's been a little over two
months and I've had to put a trickle charge on the
battery twice on this 2008 model. So I call the
service dept and spoke to cody. This is word for
word. Hi I bought a 2008 atv two months ago and
have had to charge the battery twice. How can I
get a new battery? Do I bring in the old one and
swap it out. Cody said what you want one for free.
I said yes I just bought it? He then said we first
have to make sure you didn't just leave the key in
the bike turned on and ran down the battery. What
the hell is that about? I bought an extended
waranty and service and only two months goes by
and the service rep says this right off the bat. I
don't have five miles on this thing. If you want
it back I'll be happy to give it to you as it is
spotless and no miles. It makes me sick to my
stomach as I can see how I'm going to be treated
now that you have my money. I'll bring it back in
but will never do business again. I expect to be
treated better than that after spending $8,000.00
