| Took 5 minutes for someone to help me, i had to go
to the counter and ask for help. The guy was rude
and cocky. Basicly take it or leave it attitude.
Never again!!

| i did not finace my quad, so no idea how that
would go, called up , asked for best price out the
door on what i wanted, they quoted me, i call all
around colorado, and every dealer talked poorley
about Valcom, iand could not match their pricing,
even though the other dealers said they could
match anyone, i guess the other dealers do not
advertise honestly, i called Michael, told him
when i would be there to get my quad, A couple
days later i got there my quad was brand new and
ready to go, even had gas in it, paid for it,
decided i wanted a winch, Michael through it in
for cost, and down the road i went, everything was
as duiscussed on the phone, no suprises, no pushy
salesmen. what a deal??????????????? i will go
back, got my eye on another quad.
