Used Roxy's for two years for my inspections and oil changes. Unfortunately after the last service, my 900 Custom had two paint chips on top of the gas tank....an obvious tool drop or mishandling of "something". Dan Bothe (service) basically accused me of damaging the tank after they had it because I did not point it out when I picked it up. They finally agreed to fix it but could not guarantee how long it would take….up to two months. Local repair shop gave me an estimate for $400 and three days! After having me sign a bullshit letter that I would not take any more legal action they gave me a check for the repair and barred me from returning to their store…..like I would comeback. Just think twice….
I've had very good experiences with Roxy's, they fixed a oil leak under warenty on my Ninja that required quite a bit of disasembly, a perfect fix. Surprisingly the bike now even runs better. When I bought the bike new there in 2008 it was the best price around. I've always found them very helpful. Almost forgot that a couple of years ago they did a perfect valve ajust at a very reasonable cost. Brian
These guys don't care about what you want, they are more interested in what they have. No test drives, stale inventory, and the salesperson (who I think where the owners) have a personality of a cold. You can't wait to be done with it.
