| I dont know whats happened. We came here for 12
years and all of a sudden (maybe just a bad year)
they are surly and rude (especially the girl who
works the phones and is the first person you see
when you walk in). The place is empty, dirty and
they don't seem like they really want your
business or to retain you as a customer. They did
not deliver when they said they would, didnt order
parts they needed so it took way longer than it
should have - blamed everyone but themselves....
anyway, hope that things improve. If not, I wont
be back.
