Took my atv to rose kawasaki i knew almost 100% what was wrong with it they took it apart sure enough it was exactly what I thought it was they gave me a price to fix it so I gave the ok to do the job when i went to pick up the atv the price was more than double what I was told. Not to happy about that but it is true they are nice people : )

ON THE WAY BACK FROM A LONG TRIP FROM SOUTHWEST MISSOURI THROUGH THE SMOKIE MOUNTAINS AND CHARLESTON SC,SOMWHERE IN GA I LOST MY LEFT REAR TURN SIGNAL LENS ON MY VULCAN 1600 CLASSIC AND FOUND THIS DEALER WITH GPS. THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE IN STOCK,BUT DID NOT HESITATE TO TAKE ONE FROM A NEW BIKE-SINCE WE WERE TRAVELING-EVEN LAYED ON THE HOT PAVEMENT AND INSTALLED IT-FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $8.00 WE DON\'T GET SERVICE LIKE THAT AROUND HERE.

I brought a bike to Rose about 6 months ago. At first they would check up each week and apparently it would need something else every single time they called. Eventually random stuff such as the carborator were needed to get the bike running even though the carborator was tested and was in working condition before we took the bike down there. It has been 6- almost 7 months since we took the bike and every time we call, the lady who anwsers claims the mechanic isn\'t in at the time and to call back, she will never give us a for-sure time he will be in. Seems really sketchy to me and I will definatley heading down to get my bike as-is soon.

Since buying a used Vulcan 1500, I've had many questions and have spent a lot of time at Rose's. They've been VERY helpful every time I've called or stopped by, even when there was no sale involved. They are one of the few places I've found in recent years that still practice good old fashioned customer service.

I bought my 2005 VN800 Classic from Rose Kawasaki in 2005. Their pricing was excellent, as has been their service and helpfulness after the sale. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I have always enjoyed dealing with this business. It is a small shop, but they are extremely well informed and knowledgeable. In todays marketplace, it is rare to find honesty, but that is exactly what you will find at Rose Kawasaki in Rossville, GA. They are willing to work for their customers. Thanks.

This is a small family dealership, but the best I've ever done business with. The owners and service staff are willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy, and stay happy. Have bought lots from them and never had a bad experience. Highly preferred.
