| I recently purchased a 2008 Suzuki GSXR 750 from
Palmdale Super Cycles. They knocked off $800 from
the price and nearly $500 of transport/misc. fees.
My salesman Tommy was very knowledgeable about all
the bikes and was atentive. Good inventory of
bikes for the AV, especially dirt bikes.

| The owner has been around motorcycles his entire
life. He knows motorcycles, the joy of riding, and
has an extreme grasp of customer service. This
philosophy is visible in the culture, behavior,
and attitude of the staff. He told me that he
could make me a good deal on a new motorcycle. We
agreed on a price and closed the deal with a
handshake (this is a lost custom) in 5 minutes --
if only all purchases were that easy there would
be more vehicle sales.
