| I bought a new boat on Feb 22, 2008. I have been
to Bolingbrook 3 times to resign loan papers. It
is now mid July and I still have no license plate
for my trailor and no registration for my boat.
Tracker has assured me they sent all of it in. I
just got off the phone with IDNR boat
registration. They have received nothing from the
Bolingbrook store. I spent around $19,000 with
this store. I have been lied to and no one has
ever returned my phone calls. I have had to drive
up there in person to try and get all of this
settled. What was supposed to be something
exciting for my family has turned into a
nightmare. It has been 5 months since I have
picked this boat up and things are still not
straightened out. I wish I would have saved my
money and forgotten about a new boat. BUYER
BEWARE!!!
