Elli's provides great service and they have competitive prices. The staff is very friendly and I like the laid back atmosphere.
Just wanted to explain the BEWARE review because there is a lot of untrue facts in it. When they called about the price we gave them the out the door price. We always charge $65set up & $35doc on small bikes. we weren't asked about paying with a check because we never take checks on vehicles as the sign says over parts counter. When the customer got here and we explained the break down of the out the door price he then had a problem with it and asked about us being able to do any better and we told him if he didnt want the extra year warranty we would take a little off the price, we didnt take the year away.
I contacted them for pricing on a bike for my kid. They gave a great price, beating all in my immediate area - plus offered an additional 12-month warranty. I asked for a price breakdown. They stated the price, + the tax rate, + $45 state title fee. Period. I asked if check was ok - they said yes. The next day went to pick up bike. They added an additional $100. ($65 setup, $35 doc fee). I specifically asked about these, but they weren't included. Since it was Saturday, they wouldn't take a check, and wanted 2% fee for a debit card transaction. Then backed out of the additional year warranty offer. I drove 2 hrs with a trailer for a bait & switch scam. BEWARE!!!!
Since they've begun to carry Kawasaki, I've been in there more and more. This Spring my wife bought her second bike and Robbin, (sales), was fantastic! No pressure, no "talking down" to, no hassle, take your time deciding on a color or model. I have written off Victory Lane in another part of town, big shop attitude, get a bike sold and get it out the door. Long story short, I'm a big fan! See you at the track. Scott Dooley CCS #196
Chris runs the place. I have not purchased a bike there but have had my bikes in for service. The prices are nothing special, pretty standard. The people is why I go there. Chris is a good guy who is laid back. Bandit the dog is awesome and meets all who come in to the store to say hi. I look around a lot and they are totally cool with it. Drop in and say hi, pressure is not there to buy.
The people are very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. The show room ain't much to look at, it's a smaller family run dealership, but that may be a plus for some people it certainly is for me.
the sales person was verry good! they answered all my questions and helped me out alot! keep up the good work
