To be honest when i cam into the store i was the only one in the store. Anouther gentelman came in a few minuites later and the sales person seem flustered so after i made my service ticket out I retrieted to my truck to wait to find out were to drop my tracktor off for service. When the other gentalmen left and i though it was calmed down i retured inside to ask if he wanted me to drop it off at the back door. the sales assosiate told me to "chill out". I asked what his problem was and he stated that "everyone was in a hurry and the snow was not even here yet" They had only been open for 30 min so he could not have been that busy yet. I replied "Have you looked outside? There is 2inch of snow on the ground and several more inches coming. i didnt feel the customerws should be giving him a hard time but in due respect they are a repair facility and should expect some customers to be upset at least a little." He did not like that comment and continued to be rude so i retrieted outside again to wiat for the service rep to tell me were to drop the tractor. I called 36hours and 6" of snow later to find the status. the sales guy told me to call in 45min to talk to the service tech Since he was at lunch. When i returned the call the service tech replied that i was holding him up by me calling for a status. (Once again very rude) Like i was inconvencing him. I informed him i was not trying to hurry him that i was mearly trying to get an update. If they were not going to be able to service it right now just let me know. I delt with 3 people here and 2 out of 3 were EXTREEMLY rude. Not a good percentage!
