I was quoted a price for a tire by Doug the service manager and then charged $35 more for the tire by Randy the owner. Randy was very rude to me. A female employee told me I was stupid because I didn't know that my carburetor needed work, which was what the bike originally went in for. This was a horrible experience with disrespectful people and I will never go back. I would not recommend them to anybody.
Too bad, so sad. I walked in for a tune up. Ok so maybe because they were closing in 30 mins, they would not have been able to complete the job. I'll consider that. BUT the service guy gives me a pretty crappy look and says "you're dropping it off right?" I said "no, you have walkins right?" He again looks displeased and with attitude says "we close in a half hour" I said "ok. I'll goSomewhere else". When I told the owner it was a shame about the service guys attitude, especially because I'm in the market for new, he says "yeah well, I don't like a lot of people's attitudes...it's the world we live in". Shrug. They must not need the business. Maybe it's because I'm a girl?
we have dealing with Randy at Kiss for many many years, my son is now 21 and he started riding at the age of 5years old. Had a bad experience with one \'big\' dealer before finding Kiss Honda and bought all other rides from him. Great price / fantastic service. We currently have 1 dirtbike, 2 ATV\'s, 1 sport bike (cbr100rr), 1 cruiser (VTX1300R) and a scooter (elite 110). Wouldn\'t go anywhere else.
The folks at Kiss Honda treat you with respect and answer any questions you may have without any hesitations. I never have any problems with ordering parts and they always give me the best service. I have mnay differnt quads and they can get any part I need. I will not go any where else for my service needs for they are the best at what they do.
Randy and the crew are so nice and helpful. We have purchased 3 dirt bikes, 2 quads, and a \'crotch rocket\' from them and and will buy our next from them too. One dirt bike was for a Christmas present, 2 days before Christmas and my trailer broke and had no way to get it home. Randy made arrangements and had the bike delivered free and my son had a wonderful Christmas.
I had a honda rebel that needed a valve job they did a valve job and I got from their shop to Royersford and the valves floated. they said I was too fat for the motorcycle I made a trade they gave me $250 the bike was only a few years old and had me pay about $800 for a 10 year old honda 650 I see Randy sis still up to his old trick this story goes back to 1987...
THE SERVICE MANAGER AT KISS\'S IS THE BEST! YOU WANT GREAT SEVICE WITH A SMILE GO SEE STEVE!! CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HIM! PERSONALITY, KNOWLEDGE, EXPIRIENCE, HE HAS IT! I WAS REFERRED TO HIM FROM A FRIEND AND NEVER LOOKED BACK. FAIR PRICES ON PARTS AND SERVICE. 1000% TOP KNOTCH!!
Kiss cycle is the worst at giving time estimates. A two week job turned into six and a half weeks. They put on parts before asking and \"forget\" to include it in the TWO price estimates before it. The mechanic is awsome, but customer service is sad!!

SALESPERSON HELPED ME SORT OUT OUT WHAT I NEEDED VERSUS WHAT I DESIRED AND THE PRICE DIFFERENCES AND VALUES. HE FIELDED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND GAVE EXPERIENCED EXPLANATIONS TO UNDERSTAND DIFFERENCES IN MODELS. KISS MADE THE PURCHASE EASY AND STRAIGHTFORWARD, NO HIDDEN CHARGES ETC. I PURCHASED AN ELECTRIC BIKE AND NEEDED SOME PERSONAL ATTENTION TO HAVE THE DIMENSIONS FINE TUNED FOR THE WAY I NEED TO RIDE IT AND BOTH SERVICE AND SALES MET ALL MY NEEDS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KISS, I CALL IT THE OLD SCHOOL SALES AND SERVICE ALMOST COMPLETELY MISSING FROM YOUNGER FOLKS IN NEW DEALERSHIPS.
ASKED RANDY QUESTIONS ABOUT PRODUCTS AND HE WAS WELCOMING ALL QUESTIONS AND INQUIRY. SALES STAFF LET ME CHECK THROUGH HELMET STOCK UNTIL I FOUND ONE THAT BEST SUITED MY NEEDS AND POCKET BOOK. I AM A RETURN CUSTOMER HAVING PURCHASED A FINE MOTORCYCLE THAT KISS SERVICED AT VERY REASONABLE RATES FOR THE 4 YEARS I OWNED IT.
Salesperson reminded my girlfriend that they close in fifteen minutes. We were there for her, she wanted to by a Ruckus. She was so annoyed that we got the scooter someplace else. Steve, one of the mechanics, is the most personable dude there.
