I've been to this dealer 4 times. 3 Times no one
even said hell-o or asked why I was wandering
around their showroom.
Everyone seems busy here, so I guess repairs and
parts are the main focus of their business.

these guys were awsome. i was a first time buyer
but the salesman George took the time to help me
find what i needed and what i wanted. he went over
the machine with me to make sure i knew all the
functions, then helped us with all the safety
equipment we would need. he was also straight
forward about the financing options and help us to
get thew best deal. he was so helpful we ended up
buying two machines (atv's). when we needed
service on one of the new machines there tech guy
Dave used his own time (on a saturday morning) to
get it going for us. thats not something i'd
exspect but something i really appreciate. service
is so good here i'll will never go anywhere else.

Everytime I walk into this dealership for
parts/service, it takes me 30-45 minutes to get
help. They usually have 1 guy running the parts
counter, which includes answering phones and
checking countless catalogs for customers. There
HAS to be a better system (oh yeah, buying on the
internet). The showroom is crowded and there's a
thick layer of dust on every bike. It seems like
unless you know someone there you get shafted on
service. It's a shame because they are only 3
miles from where I work, but I travel up to 45
minutes away now to not have to deal with them. (07/31/2008) |
