We bought what we was told a new ATV there and got it home and found out from the paper work that Yamaha sent us in the mall that we got a 2009 fram but the body was a 2008. They take and change the parts around, then make you think your paying for a brand new ATV. The worest was when we called to ask them about it they said yea they did but that all the parts are still new and they wouldn\'t take it back or exchange it b/c we already took it home. The owner down there got very ugly about it when we told him they lied to us, he just said owe well sorry for your luck your stuck with it now!
i just got an awsome kx 100 used for $2000 yesterday and it is awsome just like brand new.

Don't want to sell machines too bad. Been there several times with cash in hand and can't find anyone willing to talk to me. I'll never buy anything here again. Service dept. is a joke also.
Made a visit to the store and found something I was very interested in. I was hoping to show it or one similar to my wife using their website and then go the next day to purchase it, however, upon attempting to enter the site, a Trojan Clicker attempted to download. Luckily, my computer program prevented this. I spoke with a friend of my mine the next day and I guess this was not a one time thing. Having my computer almost infected certainly kept me from going back. It is my understanding that Trojans must be programmed by the host in order to download. Not a very good way to get customers trying to infect their computers, especially since online shopping is becoming more and more convienient.
Purchased a new bike in the spring. Called today to get it serviced and was informed due to heavy work load in service they are not taking appointments right now, even for a recall!!! Can you belive this! I have never heard of this!!LOL, I ask them if it would be ok to keep riding my bike even though its 600 miles service is due. I was told it will not hurt it too bad!
service wasn't documented well and extremely expensive.
Even bad candy looks good with a fancy wrapper.
