December 14, 2009 - DON'T EVEN THING OF GOING THERE FOR SERVICE!
Reading the other reviews I guess I'm not the only one to be ripped off. I took my ATV in for a carb adjustment, I was told it would be ready in 7-10 days. They kept it for almost 4 months and then charged me almost $900 dollars! It would have been over a thousand but they claimed to have taken a few hundred off. If you are stupid enough to take anything in to them get an estimate first. There are enough other repair places around that know what they are doing. You've been warned. I had to take them into small claims court to get some of my money back. Stay away or be prepared to pay the price.
October 22, 2009 - These guys suck.
These guys suck. Every time i go in there for a part or something for my bike they always seemed spaed out. Not to mention every part that they sell there whether its 50 yrs old and no one wanted it until now doesn't change the price. I wanted a simple seat rack for the back of my honda 750 and they tried charging me 500!! dollars for it. Are you smoking crack? no way is that happening. My advice is to never go there, or at least save it as a last resort.
September 22, 2009 - do your research befor you buy
great people, short inventory, crowded showroom floor, and very important you look at what your buying is what it is worth... doesn't make sense to buy something that as soon as u put a battery and gas in it the depreciation out ways its worth. example 08' cbr1000rr priced down from over $13000 msrp (over priced to start) to $8000 but if you took it back to sell or trade the very next day only worth 6900, you be the judge?
November 25, 2008 - great country dealer
my experience there was excellant. they are not pushy like big city dealers. yes they may not have the fanciest dealership, but the staff was knowledgable and polite.we bought a atv for my daughter and i know where i will by my next one.
September 21, 2008 - if you like rusty motorcycles, this is the place for you.
This dealer has got to be the worst i've ever seen I took my bike in for a simple lube job and oil change. Instead, they filled it with gear oil, and i think they used KY jelly on the chain. The service was crap and all machines are left outside to get rained on and rust. And just wait until you get the bill. I'll never take another machine to this place. And by the way, i peed on the front door.
June 26, 2008 - Don't buy here at any cost! There are plenty of other Honda dealers.
Don't ever take a bike in for service with this dealer. I mistakenly took my bike in for a simple inspection and carb adjustment. It has been nine weeks and all I get for there service people is its almost done. Thats if I can get anyone to talk to me. I'm afraid to see what these idiots plan on charging me thats if I ever get it back. I hope others will read this before doing business with this dealer.
