Plan and simple this place is a friggin joke.
Parts dept and service are the worst I have ever
dealt with. The GM talks a great game but always
hides when he should step up I am done with them.

I am David Jones the owner. Any review before
Zack came in Feb of 08' is probably correct. I
was struggling to find good people and the shop
could not be run any worse. Since then we have a
great team, not perfect by any means but we try
very hard. I bet Zack took care of 100 unhappy
customers and putting out fires like you've never
seen. If we make a mistake we are honest and can
admit it. We will take care of any problem in
the past, but are ready to move on into the

everyday but I have 100% faith that Zack will take
care of you like it's his store.

I wish you had a website that showed a lot more of
your store One that listed your bikes and gear
and maybe had a forum where local riders could
talk about places ride, things going on, etc. just
a thought.

Zach and his son Jake (who runs parts dept) have
thier "stuff" together (i was going to say
something else). Very nice for Durant to have
family run business that gives a darn. I hope the
stay a long time. The store is great, customer
service is great, follow up is great, and they are
so knowlegable about all their bikes and stuff.
competitive prices too - i found a part cheaper on
the internet but he did me right and he was able
to explain why its was cheaper (cheaper part aint
always better!) Nice shop -

My name is Zack Leatherwood I am the new GM at
Jones Powersports. I do everything in my power to
take care of every customer that walks through my
doors. I have been here since Feb. and have made
over 600 new customers. I treat my customers how I
like to be treated when I shop somewhere. If I was
not doing something right I would not have sold
the number of bikes that I have. I know that also
I can't make every customer happy but I try.
Please come by and visit our store you will not be
disappointed.

called all around oklahoma and texas trying to
find a shop that could fix my KTM 525XC. No one
else said they could fix it before race weekend
except Jones. I brought it in and was ready the
next day just in time for practice.

I was a bit skeptical about buying when i saw the
reviews here. I got an e-mail from Mr Jones
himself letting me know he had made some
management changes and the new GM would take care
of me. I was referred to these guys by another KXF
rider/racer and couldn't have been happier with
Zach the new GM and Mr. Jones the owner. They
didn't have the NEW 08 KX 450F i was looking for
at the time but within a week Zach got me one!
From Day 1 Zach was on it and checking in with me
to see what he could do to get my business or help
with anything! From all the dealers i spoke to,
Zach and Jones Powersports were great to work
with! The new GM made lots of staff changes and
the shop looked great! Clean and presentable! I
was in and out in 45min or so. They had did the
initial break in prior to picking it up and it was
clean and ready to ride. They loaded the bike and
i was on my way back to Houston! I plan to be a
customer of this shop as long as they keep the
same service i got on my 1st purchase from them!
Hope Jones, keeps Zach and son around for many
more years to come! If they were a local shop id
stop in often. Anyway, ask for Zach when you stop
in! He will take good care of you and work for
your business! It was worth my 10hr round trip
drive to make the purchase! Didn't pay MSRP was
the other plus! Great people, nice owner!! Visit
these guys and they will do all they can to help
you out and at a reasonable price! Thanks Zach and
Mr. Jones for taking care of me on this purchase,
it was appreciated!

I agree with the guy with the Polaris. They fixed
my atv that has been to 3 other shops in the area.
I also like the new GM. I purchased a new unit
from them and had a problem with it. Zack took
care of it 100% I will say he went out of his way
to take care of it. My ranger failed he
personally came to my house and checked out the
unit then took it to his shop and then delivered
it back to me. NO CHARGE The problem was actually
my fault. I Blew a fuse on it wiring up some
lights. they still did not charge me 1 cent. AND I
am not afraid to put my name here.
