I would have to give medford Power sports and F-- rating. I took my jet ski there a couple of months ago. I was told it would cost $1,000.00 to fix. I was told it would be done in 2 to 3 weeks. Now I understand that sometimes there are issues with ordering parts and other issue\'s So I get that! I was told by the owner right off the top that hoses were wrong and he would charge me $75.00 to try and determine what was wrong with it. A couple of days later when I showed up to ask about it, since I never received a call. I was told that the top end of the motor was no good and that it needed to be rebuilt. that there was bolts that were brok off. He tried to convince me several times that I should spend the $2,000.00 to just replace the whole motor. I said we would just do the top end. This was quoted at $1,000.00. My frist big mistake was that I paid all the money up front I figured that since my nephew worked for him at one time that he would be honest. Shame on me! From this point the stats just kept changing, we got in an arguemnt because he told me the cost of fixing without checking anything to see if his own quote was correct. When he got the head off there was a flange that was broken, I don\'t know if they broke it or not. there broken piece was no in the bottom of the motor and he said they did not find it in the motor. So he agreed to purchase the new head and said he was going to give me his cost of $100.00. We spoke several times about the hoses that needed to be replaced and that an additive needed to go into the gas because the ethnol gas that was in it was a problem. several times I asked about it and he told me don\'t worry about it I got it, it will be taken care of. during the time that the ski was at his shop I noticed that it was left out in the back with the seat off and the top end of the motor sitting on the outside of the ski during nearly two months that it sat there. I mentioned it and he said it would be fine. A buddy of mine went with me to find out what was going on and all the parts were sitting in water and oil on the ski uncovered and in the rain for the entire time it sat there. Ok so all the parts finely show up and they put it together and then I get a call that the starter was toast and needed to be replaced. I asked how much and he told me $210.00 so I agreed to replace the starter, later finding out It could have been rebuilt for $60.00? Ok so I just chalk it up to bad decision making on my part, but Travis kept saying it\'s better if you get a new starter. so the starter gets replaced. But I get no phone call saying it\'s done. I show up to ask about it and Travis is gone and one of his employees a mechanic was there. Now when you ad $1000.00 with $100.00 and then the starter of $210.00 that comes to $1310.00 but the bill is $1353.56. I asked the guy why it was more money and he tells me that the he don\'t know but the starter that I was told twice by Travis was $225.00 and then the rest of the parts. I said I was told it was only $210.00 he said well it cost of $225.00 I told him that Travis said it was $210.00 installed. after a couple of phone calls to Travis that went no where I said just take the money off my card so I can get the ski and get the hell out of here, I\'m sick of dealing with this place. I then asked about the hoses and the gas treatment. he told me no he didn\'t replace them. I said travis said that there was several hoses that were not correct and that they would be replaced with the correct hoses and gas treatment. So I had over the card he charges my card than hands me the repair order invoice. I started looking at it and noticed that the starter I was charged for showed $192.95 and ther ewas other parts i was charged for that he said were part of the $600.00 top end kit and cylinders??? His goon than told me I needed to sign the repair order. I said I am not signing the repair order you have my signature on the debit card receipt. he then told me if I didn\'t sign it I would not get the jet ski. I told him bull S_ _ _! I already paid him and he would give me the Jet ski or I would call the police. he said I don\'t care if the call the ------- police your not getting the it unless you sign it. I said a couple of words and walked out the door to call the police and he ran to the back of the building and closed the gate to cut off access to the ski. When the police arrived I explained what was going on and that I paid for the repairs and offered to show him the money was out of my account. The officer went in side and spoke with the Goon and then came back out and said how come you don\'t want to sign the work order. I said I don\'t even know if it runs and he has my siganature already and I am not agreeing that the work that was done was correct when I couldn\'t even check to see if it ran or would work on the water. the office went back inside and spoke with the Goon and came back out and said that the Good would bring it out and start it, I said fine but I am not signing the work order. the officer said that it may end up being a civil issue and the Goon said to take them to court. I told the office to that was fine, that he should go tell the Goon that it was no problem that I have the money to sue them. The Goon than brought out the Ski started it and the officer said I could hook it to my truck. The Goon said that I needed to sign the work order I said no and the cop said he would put is initials on it just saying it ran not knowing what they did with it or if it was fixed correctly. The next day I take it to the Lake to see if it was going to run....I put it in the water and it did start right away but was a little sluggish. I left the dock and got out about a 100 yards when the red over heat light came on. I went back to the dock right away and took the seat off and half of the hull was full of water. I hit the bilge pump to empty and noticed that the bildge pump was pumping the water in the hull back into the hull. the hose was no connected. This did not explain why it was over heating. took it to a friend and got all the water out and hooked the hose up to it and put pressure on the lines and water just started to poor out of several areas of the engine. several of the leaks were right from the seals that they had just replaced.it appears that there could be more damage now to the ski than there was to begin with. there was also a fule leak and fule was pooring into the engine compartment. i will not find another mechanic to fix it and will file a civil claim against powersports. SO I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Also the Goon kept saying who was I to threaten him, I said I never threatened you, he then said I better not come back on the property or if he seen me somewhere else \"I will Kill you, you little Fucker\" I said grow up!.........Now that\'s what I call Good customer service.
The guys at Medford Power Sports are great...Never had any problems and alway have taken care of me with great customer service. I have bought 9 units, quads, snow mobile\'s, and jet ski\'s, from them over the years , and have always been happy. A++ rating from me.

POWERSPORT STORE SELL PART THAT I AM LOOKING FOR AND THEY WANT $ 400 BUCKS FOR IT AND I TRY OTHER WAY AROUND TO ORDER FROM MOTO SPORT AND THEY SELL ME FOR $ 186 SAME PART I WAS LOOKNIG FOR! WOW WHAT A RIPPPED OFF POWERSPORT STORE!
why not just give the number get more sales if its easy to get to you
Everyone here is awesome, especially the sales manager! He will always try to give you the best deal possible, and will offer as much help as needed. As for the rest of the staff, they are extremely helpful and polite to customers. Whether you are looking for new, or used dirtbikes, ATV\'s, or watercrafts. Or even just to get something fixed, I strogly suggest that you go to Medford Powersports!!!

ok so i know most of the guys at medford power sports. think my review is biased? guess what, the mechanics aren't the brightest people you will ever meet, but they have probably around twenty years of experience, so they will beat anything you know and the service manager i know personally. used to be a tech at lithia a few years ago. he knows everything from electronics to ball bearings in everything they sell. he would never rip anyone off and does what he can to solve everyone's problem. they don't have everything they want on the floor because they can only buy inventory of vehicles once a year. besides that, running a power sports shop is not the easiest thing to do in economic distress. if you think mps has bad customer service, then try honda who works only when they want. whatever rumor crap you guys spread is just what i said. CRAP!!!!! look into details instead of writing crap about the time you had because something broke right as you were about to leave for the dunes because you don't take care of your machine like you should. they can't change their schedule to fit yours because they area business.
I keep getting my jet skis back with more problems than I took them in with. Nothing gets fixed, only temporary solutions. I would love to take them somewhere else, but nobody else around here will work on them!!
Went there to buy some accessories and they didnt have quite what I needed, but managed to find something, counter was trying to help a guy find a loading ramp that they didnt have, told guy that they would have some in a few days...then over heard them talking after guy left that they should probably order 1 or 2 in. Sales guy was selling everything they could to a little old lady and her grandson. Dont think I will be back anytime soon
1st, I don't see what Lindsey's personal life has to do with the shop or your buying experience. 2nd, no that's not incest you idiot. I had a problem getting my title from the finance company after I paid it off and even though it wasn't MPS' problem they were still very nice and called HSBC and got the title for me. I just called Lindsey to get a number for HSBC and she went ahead and took care of the whole thing for me even though she didn't have to. She's always been very nice to me. I would, and do, recommend Medford Power Sports to my friends and family! Keep up the good work guys. Oh and by the way thanks for getting rid of that tall parts guy you had, he was like dealing with a brick, so stupid. He was the only one I would have complained about but now that he's gone I'm happy!

Wow!! I have to say that the first several reviews sound like either the same person or people who are just hard to please, I've personally delt with everyone at MPS and have never in all the 3-5 yrs I've been going there have seen or even heard of any of that BS that you people are talking about, maybe before Travis took over but definately not since then, they have definately turn the place around, it's a very nice family owned buisness, and the only business for ATV's or Motorcycles I"ll ever deal with..the whole staff is amazing, they make you feel at home from the time you walk in untill you leave, they always go out of there way for their customers from picking up their bikes to delivering them or even coming down on their days off and taking time away from their personal life to help if that's what it takes, if that isn't service I don't know what is, and as far as being racist, they are FAR from, who knows maybe the 1st couple of reviews are previous employee who maybe got fired that are trying to get back at MPS who knows, well again, I highly recommend this shop to anyone and always do. great techs that will help you with what you need they can fix any watercraft you have at a great price i shoped around town and found that they had the best prices they had some problems in the past but they have fixed it now and all around they have a good crew!
this place sucks balls. then never have any thing on there show room floor. the dude travis who is the head salesmanager is a prick, there is one good macanic there his name is bubba. other that place blows!!!
I took my Suzuki GSXR to them with a miss under warranty.The tech took the engine out of the bike and took it apart finding nothing wrong the service manager at the time told the tech if he didn't find the problem he wouldn't get paid at which point the tech loaded his tool box in the back of his truck and then scattered the parts to my bike all over the shop.There was no one there that could put it back together and after six months they gave me $ 5000 trade in value for the bike I paid $10000 for a year earlier on a used Yamaha
Everything else is ok about this place except their shop. I have never had as much problems as i have with these guys!!! The worst one is the guy with the weird eyes!! Never let him touch your ATV!!!!!
Service is always horreble every time i go in. Ther can never get anything right on my bike and i always have to make several trips back in to that shop so they can redo what they had done prior. Horrible shop!!!!
motorcycle & ATV owners be advised!!! I took my bike to the dealer assuming they would get it right. NOT!! It took over six months and nearly 2K and it never was the same, failing again premiturly. I work on it myself now and have found many parts installed wrong and MISSING INTERNALL ENGINE PARTS!!!! Thats no good RIGHT
Didn't fix my quad, gave it back worse than when I got left it.
