I went in looking for a Honda Shadow and the first
question they asked was what my Credit Score was.
It's not perfect i will admit, but they said not
to even bother applying. I applied with honda when
I got home online and was approved. All they care
about is money.

My wife and I were looking for a biek for a while
and they had it in stock at a decent price. The
buying process and salesman were obnoxious and I
almost walked but my wife calmed me down. I used
to buy bikes from the current owners father 20
years ago and he was great. These kids are rude
and have no customer service skills.

I bought a Kawasaki ZX-10R from this business and
got the absolute best price in the area. I shopped
about a 150 mile radius and this place was always
the cheapest no matter what bike I was asking
about. Some people have a problem with the
salesmen but my experience was absolutely fine.
I've also brought my bike back for service and had
no problems with that, either. They are busy
during the spring so I couldn't just drop my bike
off without an appointment...but that's
understandable. The economy sucks, so it was very
helpful to be able to grab my bike at such a low
price. It was literally $1100 cheaper than
anywhere else. I bought all my gear (helmet,
gloves, etc.) with the money I saved. I'll admit
that not everyone is overly-friendly, but after
talking with them they seemed to be pretty good
guys. Don't let other people's bad experiences
keep you from checking this place out. It's worth
it.

I walked in and was never helped. I stood there
next to the sales people. I made eye contact. I
tried to talk to them they walked away and
pretended to not hear me... Buy from craigslist
otherwise try Griffins in schenectady
