| We accompanied a friend to check on his bike
becuase they had his bike for over a month for a
simple brake repair and ended up dropping the bike
and destroying the windshield. We get there and
speak to John(?) who looks at a computer and says
that he contacted some other Ducatis company and
they had the part shipped to a dealer in another
town. He did not offer to call them to see where
the part was. My friend wanted to look at his bike
and we were led into a storage container and while
looking at the bike, my friend noticed there was
additional damage near the bottom of the bike. One
of the two guys says that he is being unreasonable
and my husband lets out a quiet laugh and I
quietly say "He is being unreasonable?" and the
guy puts his hands on my husband and yells at us
to get the F&%# off of the property. We step off
the property but are still within visual range as
we are not going to leave my friend alone with
these two. The finish talking and we turn to leave
and the guy yells at us to get these A@#$%&*s off
the property.
This place should be closed down and the owner and
these people should not be allowed to have any job
wwhere customer service is involved as they
obiviously have no idea of what that means. He
will be lucky is we do not sue for assult. By the
way, my friend still has no idea of when these
people will have his bike fixed and we are
concerned for his safty as what they may do to his
bike due this.
Stay away from this place.

| Went in to look at scooters for my daughter, and
was treated like a second-class citizen. Wandered
the showroom for 15 minutes before anyone even
asked to help us. Then they were rude and
condescending. I guess since we were only looking
for a scooter and not a more expensive motorcycle,
we were not as important.
Bad first impression - purchased a scooter
elsewhere.
