I have called 6 times and have yet to speak with a live person. It must be nice to be so independant that you do not need new buisness. That will get old one of these days and people will stop calling and contact a Co. that will speak with them. I bought my first bike at Picayune and it looks as though I will buy my next one there also.

Bought two bikes from D & L and still ingnore me when I walk in the door. Go to Slidell where they pay attention when I walk in, bought my last bike there. By the way, I live on the westbank. Also, parts dept act like I smell bad when I try to make a purchase. Too busy to wait on customers.
September 26, 2008 - Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone for parts
What is the purpose of having a phone if you guys never answer it? I have left messages yet calls were never returned. I live on the Westbank but I get better correspondence with New Orleans Powersports. They actually answer the phone. I bought my bike from D&L. Why do I have to get my answers from Kenner. Should have bought my bike from those guys.
