| I need to say that I just visited Loudermilk Cycle
looking at a used sled. I also looked at a helmet
while there. While I didn't plan on buying
anything that day and the salesman knew it, I had
great service. I will say that I have heard a few
complaints from some locals, have also heard
positive things. The showroom and inventory was
what I would expect in our area but the service
was better than what you would get in most retail
outlets.
Overall I had a good experience and will likely
make a purchase there, but not without
negotiatinga great deal;)

| I was going to go this dealership today and while
looking up the number came across this review. I
guess I'll wait until Shadetree in Middlefield has
more in stock and go there instead.

| We recently visited Loudermilk to purchase a
helmet, I specifically asked if it could be
returned if it did not fit my daughter. We came
back the very day, the manager or owner was still
there but locked the door and said they were
closed. Came back again the second day and he
still refused to return the item and let us buy a
helmet that fit. He expected us to buy a second
helmet, and just keep the other helmet also. He
is a LIAR AND A THIEF. Here is a quote of Ohio
Law: "Under most of these Ohio consumer laws, you
can have the right to cancel a sale, receive your
money back, or even be awarded $200 or more for
your trouble (even if you haven't lost any money).
You can also have the offenders pay your attorney
fees according to Ohio Consumer Law." This is our
next step and you better believe we will be taking
it. Right after we contact the better business
bureau and a few Ohio Legislators and our local
newspaper.

If no results will move onto step 2 and step 3.
If all 3 steps fail will move onto contacting an
attorney and seeking Punitive damages under Ohio's
Consumer Law.
