| I bought 2 brand new Polaris ATV's from Micah
their sales manager. Just a few months later it
was time to take them in for their first service.
They had a high school boy working on them and he
let all the oil out and never put any back in, it
caused the whole engine to freeze! They would not
replace it even though it only had 20 miles on it!
It has never run well since.
I had also taken my snowmobiles to them for
repair, they gave me a $560.00 estimate and then
when I called to pick them up they asked for
$1,400 which increase was never authorized. After
what I have been through with them I asked that we
split the difference, they refused and now say I
owe them over $3,000! The snowmobiles are old
1997's so are not even worth that much!
If you are a lady and don't know much about
repairs you can be sure that they will take
advantage of you just as they have done to me.
I have since learned that they have a horrible
reputation in Heber with the locals.
