| stopped by to get some valve spring keepers and
other parts for a rebuild I am doing. Parts guy
ignored me totally, went on to explain to the only
other customer there all about the new 09 CRF450
and generally BSing, phone calls for parts were
coming in on the speaker and he ignored that too!
VERY BAD customer service! you can bet I wont be
back and I will tell everyone I know that your
parts dept sucks! Bought a 2005 XR650L from you,
in March 05, Guess where I will take my business
from now on, that's right NOT you!
