| I bought a new V-Star 1300 from Ed's Cycles and it
was a great experience. The dealership is a family
owned and operated business and the level of
service shows. Friendly, patient and helpful (I
must have tried on 15 helmets, it was no problem,
that's why we're here). I bought the bike and got
a great deal, they got me a great rate on finance,
they even got me insurance quotes. I bought the
bike and they kept it for me for 3 weeks until I
took a Riders Safety Course. They installed the
floorboards for my wife on the back and then I
called back and asked that they put on engine
gaurds. When I went by to pay for the engine
gaurds and pick up another helmet, I was
pleasently surprised to find that the gaurds were
what was listed in the catalog (price) with no
install fee and the helmet was almost half of what
it was marked. They really know how to satisfy a
customer. I even spoke with an old biker co-worker
about them and he said that they have been that
way for at least 10-15 years, so they "ain't no
flash in the pan". If you are in the market for a
bike I would highly recommend Ed's Cycles in
Cleveland, TN.
