| The price and trade was just as talked about over
the phone. service dept did not pay attention to
the kind of oil I wanted and had to be done over
again on the 1000 mile service. Gave me a 50.00
gift certificate for trouble. After purchase of
bike I felt just like a number. Almost all harley
dealerships are like this now. I wish I could have
done this deal at my local dealership in Lake
Charles because they treat me like they did 30
years ago, they just don't do the same on trades
as Cowboy. Parts dept are wonderful people to deal
with and inventory is plentiful. This dealership
just makes me feel overall like a number because
they seem to like to tell you how many units they
sell. BIG DEAL
