Johnnys Cycle

This a great shop and crew. Jerry is awesome. This shop is located in a nice little town in Nebraska (I think all the towns in Nebraska are small). I have been on a bike since I was seven years old (Im in my 40's) and I have seen all kinds of shops throughout the United States and would rank this shop in my personal top 5. In my opinion its the best shop in Nebraska. Since retiring from the Marine Corps, I stay in Omaha for part of the year. I will, without hesitation, drive down to Jerry's Shop and stock up on the majority of the items I will need for the race season. Yeah, I know. I can get on the computer and order everything I need and have it delivered to my house. But I would rather drive down to Jerry's and give him my money than some website that doesn't even know who I am. I'll keep my spending money locally rather than give it to some Sam's Club of the Motorcycle Industry. When you order stuff from these big online stores, you are only a number to them. At Johnny's Cycle, you have a name and a history. A perfect example of this is when I made my last order online, about a year ago, and the place (Powersports Superstore) sent me the wrong part. I contacted them to return it and they went on and on about the items being perfect condition and with the original packaging. Powersports Superstore never once said anything about they were sorry and how can they fix the situation. They just wanted their items back so they could resell them to another number (Possible you). I do not get that kind of treatment at Johnny's Cycle. Also, I usually have questions about my bikes and I can count on Jerry to answer them. I don't know about the previous review

Great Guy and a Great Shop. Just wish the shop was closer to home S/F Keenan
