After waiting two weeks to drop off my bike, they
took over two months to replace the rear tire, do
a full service tune up, and replace the rear
passenger foot peg, all of which cost me over
$780.
They keep very few parts in stock, so every part
they order typically takes 7 business days to
arrive, and they only order once a week. They
won;t even order your parts until they've started
on your bike, even if they already know what parts
they'll need.
What they don't tell you is that unless you bought
your bike there, you get bumped to the back of the
line every time one of their regular customers
wants their bike serviced - no matter how long
yours has been in the shop.
