| I worked on this 4 wheeler .you were to cheap to
replace all of the cam parts and chain.you kept 4
wheeler for 8 months before bringing it back .even
if there was a 6 month warranty. time was up
.besides any idoit knows there is no warranty on
racing 4 wheelers or motorcycles.your 4 wheeler

| I moved to Fort Rucker, AL a little over a year
ago from Texas and my Yamaha 2005 YFZ-450 had
issues because I sucked water in the motor. I went
and talked to the Service Manager several times to
see if they had anyone with experience with Hi
Reving motors. He told me no problem. My quote for
the motor work was going to be a little over 800
dollars. I told them to take there time because I
wanted it done right. 4 months later I get a call
and they told me I needed a new crank and rod as
well and the price was going to be 2000 dollars.
Well I had a decision to make. Get a quad back in
pieces or get it fixed.I told them to fix the
motor. I got the quad back 3 months later and
never rode it. It was cranked a few times and the
quad sat in a enclosed trailer for 4 months.
Spring Break came around and I took it to
Mississippi to ride with my son. 5 minutes into
riding my quad the motor locked up. I called
Beasley and told them as soon as I got back in
town I was going to bring the quad back and I
wanted to talk to the owner of the business. I
took the quad back and the owner and I talked. He
asked the mechanic to come in the office while we
talked. The service manager told me it had a 30
day warranty on motor work and the mechanic told
me it had a 60 day warranty. I informed the owner
of the business that I was 43 years old, in the
military, did not race, and was never told of how
long the warranty on the motor was. If I had been
riding the quad I could understand. I could have
gotten the same results as they did with alot less
money spent. And to top it off I told him that it
seemed no one else seemed to know how long there
warranty work was good for since 2 different
employees told me something different. If I knew
there was a 30 day warranty I would have found a
place to ride and would have run the shit out of
the quad to see if the motor would stay together.
So the mechanic proceeded to tell me that he
didn't do any top end work on the motor and the
reason it locked up was not something they did. I
told him and the owner that if the bottom end of
the motor was rebuilt then why was the top end not
reworked especially since there was 2000 dollars
spent. Several months go by and now I have not
heard anything. I go up to Beasley's and the
mechanic tells me the timing chain jumped off and
it was not there fault. The owners son and I
talked and I agree to pay 300 dollars to help fix
the quad. 3 more months go by and I have not heard
anything. I decided I would go by Beasleys and the
new service manager started running back and forth
between the shop area and the parts department. He
walks up to me and tells me the parts were never
ordered. He tells me he will call me the following
week. Well guess what? I have not received a call
and my 2005 white YFZ-450 is still at Beasleys in
Ozark, AL. It is coming up on a year that I have
been fighting this issue with Beasleys. So after
reading this do you thing there Service is good? (09/23/2009) |

| I bought my sport bike there, and they were super
helpful. At quite a few other dealerships they
turned their nose up to me, being a female and
buying a sport bike. Beasley's really took care of
me. I got great help with my accessories too. I
wear an extra small so everything had to be
ordered. They ordered everything and had it there

| I priced around with dealers within 100 mile
radius,Beasley gave me best price around,
Employees I talked with was most caring around,
some dealers at other locations did not even care
if you were at the dealer,Salesmen very polite to
my wife and me, they did not try push us into
buying something, after we decided want we wanted
they worked with us to make it happen, gave great
price and was polite, I will be going back to buy
another one this year, Service department has
giving great service also, worked with my wife to
install christmas present, Service my foreman
every year, Wife takes it for me every year, they
take care of her, always olite and curtious, shows
her respect asthey would me, she always says such
great atmosphere to be around,Been going for past
4 years, Now got this one paid for, now going back
to buy another one before years out,They always
tells her how great we keep our wheeler
looking,Couple dealers closer, but it is worth the
drive, to know we will be took care of, I know
when she takes my old one to them she will be
looked after and treated with upmost respect, this

| I've been a customer with Beasley's since 1993.
I'm a transient Military guy, but when I get back
to town, these guys remmeber me and treat me as
thought I'd never left! What a great team and an
awesome atmosphere! the only reason I docked
points from the show room is that it's always SO
crowded with product, that it makes it difficult
to see what you are looking for or at. I think
they might have fixed that since the last time I
was there though.
