I called in asking for Scott Pumphrey, who I thought was the owner. The person who answered the phone told me I was wrong and there was no one there by that name. So I asked who is the owner. He mumbled a name that I thought was Tim. He told me I am all screwed up and hung up on me. I don't feel that just because I did not understand what he said that I'm the one all screwed up. There are other dealers around that will like to sell me a bike and I would bet that they don't hang up on me.
Slow at times but OK service
Just before they moved out of their old location I took my 929RR in to have a new back tire put on,in the process of doing this they put a deep gouge 3/4 of the way around my wheel. When I picked up my bike I noticed it right away and pointed it out to the owner. He was a little punk about it and became very defensive and said there was no way they did it. Needless to say they lost my business.
Bought a new KTM from them on ebay. When I picked it up and paid for it I also paid for the Iowa ohv sticker and the sale's person said he would send in the money and have the bike regiestered.I never got the sticker and regiestration.Called the sale's person twice and he said he would take care of it.Never got the sticker or a refund from the dealer,I had to go to the court house and regiester it.Paid for it twice, once at the dealer and once at the court house. Not a good dealer.
