| This is one of the worst motorcycle dealers I have
seen. I have boughten two bikes from them in two
years (unfortunately). I now have learned the
hard way. First of all they will lie through
there teeth just to get a sale, no matter what.
They will try and talk you into bikes you do not
want, and push and push as far as they can,
calling multiple times a day on your home phone,
EVERY DAY. They have a sad inventory, if you want
a new harley they only had the anniversay color
and thats final. They will not work at all on the
price tag, I was told "what do you think this is a
used car lot" by there own head finance dealer.
Wow that really is a profesional attitude if you
ask me. The first bike (harley) I bought I
decided to decline the warrenty because it was an
outlandish price for what it covered, the same
finance dealer asks me "what can you not afford
it?", once again how profesional is that? It
wasnt that I couldnt afford it, it was just a
stupid deal waiting for a sucker to buy into it.
There parts and service department has to be the
worst of all. The have NO i mean NO in stock
parts, then you order something from them, they
tell you three to five days and three weeks later
it finally arrives, and it is not what you ordered
at all. This wasnt just a one time fluke either.
When I bought my 2007 roadstar silverado from them
they even had the front turn signals wired
backwards. The headlight and driving light glass
some were up side down and a directional tire on
backwards. Sounds real profesional once again.
When I took it back a couple weeks later, when I
finally noticed the turn signals while on a ride,
they wanted to try and give me hassle about it,
and this time I even bought the five year warrenty
plan. I had to fight with them to fix there own
mistakes. I finally got that all set straight
after and argument and a headache to go with.
This is just one sad exuse for a harley
dealership, do yourself a favor and go someplace
different and maybe get treated with some
