| if you want to buy a bike this is a good place to
go. if you want to get parts, have your vehicle
serviced, or buy tires (such as my case) just
forget about them helping you in anyway or being
reliable in calling you when your parts or tires
are in. they could care less. i ordered a pirelli
sport demon front tire in april of 2008 and didn't
get it until july of 2008. they said they would
call me when the tire arrived and i bugged them 2
or 3 times before june about it. when it finally
came in at the beginning of june they failed to
call and tell me so i waited until july when i
decided to bug them again before i had a tire.
when i did go to pick it up they said they were
going to charge me shop time to put it on even
though i clearly had a complaint with their
service. douche bags is all i have to say.
