Avoid Russ at all costs. He doesn't know what
he's talking about. He bashes all other bikes in
trying to sell you his, and can be argumentative
about his opinion. My friend was ready to buy a
motorcycle that day. Russ' attitude made us
leave.

I purchased a C-50 in June of 08 from this dealer
and have never been so happy to spend my money.
These guys treat you like family and tell it like
it is. Yes they have there opinions about other
bikes and I have found them to be very honest. I’m
a big boy and can make my own mind up about what
others say and I’m glad to hear what others say
and think. I started looking for a bike at Domes
in Charleston and after 3 trips and getting the
same stuck up attitude from their people I was
never so happy to walk in a dealership and be
treated like a person not just some joker of the
street. I was just rear ended on my bike and when
I called them "from the side of the road at the
scene" they told me the best wrecker to call and
their #. They have handled everything and even
helped the adjuster when he showed for the
estimate “I don’t think he knew much about bikes”.
These guys are TOP NOTCH PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Came in with a bald tire while on a road trip.
The mechanics stopped what they were doing and
told this other guy back there to go get a tire.
On the rack, new tire, back on the bike in less
that 20 minutes. As a bonus he tightened and
lubed my chain, plus an old guy who I think owns
the place bought me a pop. I wish I lived in
Charleston and dealt with them all the time.

Most knowledgable staff in the state, if not the
US. I have bought two bikes from them and always
get a much better deal than anywhere else in the
state, usually to the tune of a grand or more.
They talk to you like people instead of the usual
condecending attitude you receive at most local
shops. They will get you the best price on parts
and the service is second to none. Worth the
drive to Charleston to see them. You will not be
disappointed.

I have been to casto's many times, but I do not go
as much anymore. They have a suzuki only attitude,
and everything else sucks! What kind of attitude
is that. Yeah, they support what they sell, but
leave it at that.
