| If you don't like these guys.Try making an
ATV/dirt bike purchase from any dealer in the
Baltimore/D.C.metro area.You'll pay at least 1500
to $2000 more. And their service still sucks and is
over priced.I,ve been doing business with them
since the mid 90's and won't deal with any one
else. The "arogent"owner is an enthusiest who
rides(quite well)and supports the sport.Every time
I go there,whether to make a puchase of a
bike, parts or just to stop in and say Hi.Herald
always goes out of his way to make time for me.My
dealer for life. And I do my own oil changes. (10/12/2009) |

| I bought a 650 Brute Force two years ago from
Ridersvile Cycle. I think the product is great
but the service from this dealer is very poor. The
owner is arrogent and not very professional. I
took my atv in for routine service and received a
call that it was ready. When we went to pick it
up, the mechanic said he had to jump start it to
bring it to us. It started fine before we took it
in. We brought it home and it was dead. I called
them up,and they said it was too bad, that maybe
the battery just suddenly went dead, that
"batteries do that". I suggested that maybe
someone had left the key on and killed the
battery, but they took no responsibility and it
was my problem. When they called and said it was
ready to be picked up, no one said it was dead.
They also broke a wheel nut and stud off during
the routine oil change and charged me for that
too. We took it back in and the owner was so
abusive to my husband that he just took the atv
back home.
The owner has called me 5 times and each time was
so sarcastic I had to hang up the phone and I
finally had to tell him to stop calling or I would
report him to the police for harassment. So
strange was his reaction that I will file a
complaint with the BBB. Stay away! (10/10/2008) |

| I bought a Kawasaki mule and a jet ski from
Ridersville cycle. The owner was so nice and gave
me such a great price. I had shopped around
before calling Ridersville and I was really
surprised at the difference in price from one
dealer to another. Their inventory is incredible
and prices can't be beat. I would recommend
Ridersville without any reservation.
