We bought a Can-am Outlander from Trumbull Motorsports and were very pleased with the experience. We also just had a plow installed and the service was awesome. They had it finished up the same day!
I took in 2 jetskis,one needed a repair and the other a simple oil change. The ski needing repair we were told at first simple fix of anti theft. When ski still broke told,oil switch. Ski still broke, told needed ECU. The ski only needing oil change,when returned wasn\'t running well,and started smoking.The check engine light came on,when I opened engine compartment,oil was every where!There was no oil on dipstick. Returned this ski to dealer. When I got my ski back,after 20 minute ride,again check engine. Owner said he would make it right,then he tried to get more money! When I said I would pay half for parts only,since they caused problems, owner told me come get my damn jetskis. When I went to pick up jetskis,they were barricaded,and I was forced to pay for a third time. I paid over $2000.00! Keep in mind,neither jetski was fixed.
picked up a new boat from Trumbull motor sports. customer servce was great the boat is alot of fun you can not beat this Sea DOO product and The staff at Trumbull were all very helpful and easy to work with.
Trumbull is awesome to deal with. Everything was quick and easy. They are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Would definitely recommend them!
We had structual damage to our pump tunnel. Many RXT-X have this problem as seen on Green Hulk and other dealers are getting them fixed and reimbursing the owners. NOT this DEALER. He won't do anything....not even pick up the phone to return phone calls.
We purchased a 2008 jetski and had to call numerous times for our DNR stickers. They are not responsive or professional. We never receive phone calls back and they lie. First the stickers were in the mail then not. Then we had to do warrenty service and they never returned our calls and never followed through on what they said they would do. Service was bad and I am not sure that they really have someone that knows how to fix skis.
Trumbull Motorsports is wonderful. My shopping experience with them was very smooth. The sales people were very help full. They answered all of my questions. If I need another atv I will go back to Trumbull Motorsports. Cindi
I bought a new Seadoo from this dealer in August. The staff was very friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions and concerns. They had a great selection and great prices. I referred friends to this dealer who also purchased Seadoo's from them and were very pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend this dealer!
I bought a 2000 seadoo gtx from this dealer last October. While I understand the Ski was sold as is, I did not expect the problems and poor service since the sale to be this extreme. Soon after purchase I was informed that this dealership could not navigate through Virginia registration thus requiring me to register the watercraft. I found this out after I finally called the dealer in december enquiring as to why the registration had not arrived. I had about three hours on the ski when the low voltage alarm activated. I brought it to them for service. The diagnoses was a faulty rectifier. I approved the repairs. the next time the seadoo went in the water the 12v low light activated again after about three hours of use. I took the ski back. This time the diagnoses was engine related. The company offers no apology or compensation for misdiagnosing the last repair(241.00) and has no problem charging 400 plus for this repair. At this point my intention is to retrieve my ski, cut my losses and end my association with this company.
