I'm was a good customer for a long time but the recent changes has made it the worst shop in HOUSTON. The new GM David is a joke and should be fired for been such a jerk to any and all customers. Who the hell does this Pete guy think he is, there were people on the counter and he just walks off(What a Douche). I miss the old crew.

Down side: I brought my Road Glide in for a ticking noise.2 weeks later I was called on a Sat. and told my bike was ready. Rushed to pick it up. I left the dealership as they were closing. I now had a vibration that was so bad I could not see the brake pedal at 40 mph. Dealer was closed till Tues. I checked the oil and it was low and filthy. The repair was a new oil pump and lifters. They fixed the broken motor mount the next Wed. I was disappointed that no one test rode the bike after the initial repairs. I am happy with my Harley but I am considering a change because of the high cost of maintenance. I like to change the oils' myself, but I think that $98.00 is a little steep for 6 qts. of oil and a filter

sales people slow and not forth comming they won't answer any questions unitl you show up in person, and then its kinda like "we dont have what your looking for but heres a bike way out of you price range." go some where else!!

Nothing in inventory and financing not so good. go with you personal bank, i have good credit and they tried to get me to sign a contract for 19% rate and 6 years of high payments for a sportster but they can get you cheap insurance prob a fraud anyways. look on cycle trader or ebay for better deals!!! misleading staff not very helpful waste of time. I ended up buying a 2005 buell lightning for $3000 less than they had a 2004 for. Ebay is the way!!!!

Mancuso’s is the worst thing to ever happen to Harley Davidson. If H-D had any balls they would shut this rip off, ill equipped, incompetent sales/service/parts staff operation down. No true H-D rider would ever patronize this crap house outside of no choice (my reason). Rudeness runs rampant throughout the Mancuscos’ so call operation from the top down and it appears to be highly rewarded. Yes I have been to and relied on the parts and service departments because after all they were virtually next door. I have yet to get one needed part for my 1999 FXSTC; nothing; nadda, zip …..I’m surprised they even stock oil!! As far as the so called service department…what a joke; 2 weeks advance reservation: 3 weeks of your H-D’s procession followed with a thousand dollar ticket and when it’s all said and done……..it was done wrong…….I looked for the shirt last trip “Screwed by Mancusos” but they were sold out (as usual)… they do have some good ponts... they excel in circle jerks and pocket pool!

Ever since Manny left the 290 service department it has gotten worse.The staff on the drive is a joke.Manny alway's took care of us like family.There so called Manager Dave Atkinson is never there. And when he is there he is usless.I ask to speak to the GM and find out that it is Dave's brother.Now is see the problem.Also why is the service department close on Mondays.

HAD MY BIKE IN FOR 5K.PICKED UP MY BIKE AS IM RIDING IT HOME I START HEARING SOME ENGINE NOISE.WHEN I GET HOME I CHECK THE OIL AND THERE IS NO OIL.THEN FIND OUT THAT THEY DID NOT DO THE COMPLETE 5K BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR IT .THAT IS THE LAST TIME I TAKE MY BIKE THERE!!!!!!!!THANKS ASSHOLE'S

I got my gear money held back by the saleman and hid from me

My interest was higher than discussed, my gear allowance was held back and hidden from me, 500-1000 ! ,,I found out about the gear allowance later and was told its too late now. I was supposed to have 5.9% loan and got 12.9 wtf,,, had an oil leak when delivered to me and had to leave it . Just an oring but was obvious as hell it was leaking all over the floor when delivered. For all my trouble I was charged way too much for the bike also making my deal even more sour later on when I found out how cheap you could by the same bike elsewhere.

whatever you do do not take your bike to mancuso, at the crossroads location, i do not know first hand about the main one, but they cant be much better, if this behavior is acceptable, i was treated like i did not matter, my bike had a simple problem, it took a week and a half for the tech to even look at it
