I spent six months going to Multi-Brand Dealers
that sell/service Honda GoldWings. Trying to make
a trade-in deal with my Yamaha. In Louisville the
dealer inspected the bike and said okay. Then when
I got back with the wife to sign papers with me he
said no-deal. Other dealers just said no. BUT
Adventure Sports E-town said okay on the spot, and
DID NOT change their mind. We now are the happy
owners of an '08 GoldWing with over 10K miles on
it since March 2009. Three guesses where all my
business goes?

I bought from these people and had the best
service anyone could expect.Very
friendly,polite,and ready to take my money.I have
not dealt with the service dept.but a friend of
mine did and he and his wife were well pleased.I
am sure that some men have bad hair days as the
ladys do.I have failed yet to see any place of
buss. to be perfect.So for you that has had a bad
day here at Adventure,i must say that if you were
to bring this up to them they would correct it for
you.This is my story and i am sticking to it.Ralph

Just like the previous review I too have been
along term customer with Adventure Sports. And
never would I ever believe to read a review like
the one I just read. It would have me to believe
that this customer was probably in a bad or
hurried set of mind when they came to the store? I
have bought an traded multipule units, specificly
motorcycles with the sales staff an would gladly
continue to do so! Always believe that the prices
are very fair specialy when they price everything
at the suggested price that I've seen on-line when
you visit the Honda an Kawasaki main websites. An
as far as I can remember they never have charged
for any other add-on fees. The sales team hasn't
changed in years an the two sales guys are
sometimes overly friendly but thats what I expect
from a store that sales toys for adults. It seems
as those three yes I said three Steve included are
just as eager to get out an ride just as we are!
As for the time thing these guys don't punch out
right at closing time, I've seen these guys there
at the store well past closing time just to let
people look around with probably no intentions to
buy that day. Any how I normaly don't respond to
things like this, but when I came across this
review I just had to say my piece. I would
strongly recommend a purchase or even a visit to
Adventure Sports. Yours Truely life long Honda
owner...

This weekend my husband and I along with 2 of our
friends went there to buy new atvs we first were
ignored for a while then treated badly.. Steve
could only keep looking at his cock and reminding
us that the store would close in15 mins. but there
were other customers there that were getting good
service. Don't get me wring we have been faithful
customers for a while now our families have bought
5 new motorcycles the along with 2 jet skis and 2
mules so and this would be y 2nd new atv and we
got the shaft. Also Our friends who were there
to but the Terea X were told they didn't need
service they were just wishing and dreaming too
bad they had cash in hand... Any company that
treats people bad when they have the potential to
have close to a 20 thousand dollar sale is dumb
and rude.. If you want good service go to
Bardstown T&T Jimmy and JT are nice and never
treat you like garbage.
