| When I first went to Cycles Unlimited I was
unsure what bike I really wanted.
Pam, the general manager, showed me around and
answered all my questions very professionally. She
was very courteous and friendly.
After spending some time with her I was torn
between the Kawasaki 900 Classic LT and the
Suzuski C50T and I could not make up my mind for
sure. There was absolutely no pressure from Pam to
buy.
Pam told me to go home and sleep on it which I
did.
I had been to KC's in Huntsville and felt very
pressured to buy.
After, deciding on the Kawi I went back and ask a
couple of more questions of Pam which she answered
for me.
I then spend some time with Jeff in parts and he
helped me decide what options I wanted to
purchase. Jeff was also very courteous, friendly
and professional.
When it came time to finance my purchase I was
introduced to Larry and again I found a great
person to work with.
I had been pre appoved from Kawasaki and Larry
even pointed out to me that the low interest rate
was only good for two years.
I already knew that, but found it refreshing that
he told me about it and made sure I was aware of
it.
When I came back to pick up my bike everthing I
ordered was just as requested and Scotty, the
tech, took the time to go over the bike with me.
He was a great guy also, very friendly and
profession.
I would highly recommend Cycles Unlimited if you
are in the market for a bike, new or used.
These are great folks to do business with.
