A white dude Dave D that works here . I've used him for years. Always dealt with him at his house. But Sunday I went to pick up my ninja for I'm him. He's no where to be found. Some white chick name Mandy is cussing n raising hell. Dave isn't answering door. My ninja has crackers in the plastic. I'll never use this shop or Dave again..

Service department is very slow. The people that work customer service seem friendly and helpful. I've dealt with the skinny guy in the service department several times he appears to be knowledgeable but he tells me it's one thing and they charge me for part and labor. And tells me it's fixed. Get it home and its doing the exact same thing. After writing a check for several hundreds I bring it back and I'm like here we go again. And 2 days later I get the call saying it was the part we replaced and this new part. This has happened to me four times with this mechanic . His name starts with a D. Real skinny guy. If you just have to take it to the place in Thomasville Ga. My advice is to get another mechanic there to do the work.
I no longer use them. But they was the closest dealership around. Now I go straight to Fl.

Drove an extra 200 miles to do business with DEEP SOUTH. Rusty and his crew, Terry, Rick, and the rest are the best!! The prices are the lowest, you get your moneys worth, and make friends in the process; you\'ll be glad you bought your bike from DEEP SOUTH. ALB

I purchased my 2007 Nomad 1600 from Deep South Cycle in August 2007. I got the same deal I would have from other dealers in the area, but I've been very impressed with the management and maintenance staff...they are outstanding! The salesman was very knowledgable and the showroom was spotless. The inventory was somewhat limited due to the time of year that I purchased my bike. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in a Kawasaki product buy from Deep South.

I started doing business with this company in the mid 80's. They have been awesome even right up to my first bike deal when the owner refused to sell me a bike that he knew was way out of my riding expertise and instead pointed me to a used bike from a local owner to buy. What dealer would do this, one that really cares for it's customers! ! !

I have bought two Kaws from them and several from other dealers. Deep South is by far the best and only vehicle dealer, car or otherwise, that has good mechanics, and a nice and smart owner. His prices are the lowest too. He is so much better that I would probably be riding a Ural if that is what he sold.
