Hi, we had to experience the service of North Country Power sports. We came on a towing with a Suzuki Boulevard C90 on saturday June 23rd around 2:30pm. The bike was not starting anymore. The closest Suzuki dealer doesn\'t want to help us. However, at North Country, they were three guys working around the bike to find the problem and make us able to continu our trip. They found the problem, it was the stator. They called to get the parts; impossible for that saturday. They looked into baskets on the back of the shop and brought 2 stator. One was fitting perfectly. They re-installed it, re-done the wiring because the connection was different, put back all the removed parts and start the motorcycle ... OH YEAH, everybody was clapping the hands IT WAS RUNNING AGAIN. We were three motorcycle together and we would never have a service like this were we live. Thank you very much for your super-excellent-professionnal service and know-how ability. Passion of their work is how I can describe those guys ! They told me the bank require me to get the maintenance agreement for $700 they told me it covered everything for a year my motor blew 4000 miles later 6 months after buying it now they wont cover it. When it first happened I called and was told to bring it in that it would be covered 100%. After they looked at it they told me that they were not going to cover it and that I need to come up with $5300 to fix a bike that I paid $6000 for. I would never buy a bike there again. I made the mistake of sending a friend there and they sold him a bike with a repair title without telling him about it. I find them to be very dishonest in there dealings and if any of go there make sure you check everything
Bought a new Kawasaki Concours from Manta recreation in 2004. Shortly after they were sold to Reynolds. Which is now North Country Power Sports. I liked the bike , but after a valve adj. at about 6000 miles They told the cams were showing sign of wear already. Said I should run full syn-oil , which I did amzoil 10-40 . At 16000 thousand miles and another valve adj. The mechanic Said the cams were a mess & he would contact Kawasaki to get new cams on warranty. The bike had a 3-year and was approx. 2 year old. He contacted Kawasaki and they said if was still running they didn\'t want to fix it. After that North Country told me they trouble with those engines. They told me they felt bad and I just had bad luck on the Kawasaki Concous!!!! End of story I sold bike . Bought a new Yamaha Venture from another Dealer !!!!!!!! Wouldn\'t buy anything else from Reynolds.
Had my 2006 Brute Force serviced. Very nice and friendly. They could of charged me more for my service/checkup but they didn\'t. I\'ll be back.
