Brother bought a brute force 750, didnt put the
rad cap back on after the "break in" brought it in
for service later on and they broke a clip on the
fuse box under the seat...didnt have the part,
they ended up breaking 2 other clips trying to
give us one off of a new one. After that we
serviced the bike but then a brake cable snapped.
Brought it back...they didnt have the part...it
was 150 bucks for a brake cable that snapped on
its on...they considered it a "wear and tear"

Last year I ordered some simple parts. They didn't
have them in stock, but hey...it's an older bike
so I am used to having to wait. I was assured the
parts would be in that week. Then I was assured
that they would be in the next week. I finally
stopped by one day and had someone check to see if
the parts had come in and gotten lost. Guess what?
They were never ordered. The whole time I was
calling and they were "checking the order" in
their system, they were lying to me. Why could
they just not confess to the mistake to begin
with? Not only did I still have to wait for the
parts but I lost the deposit on the hotel room
that I booked in Daytona for Speed Week.

that really care that you get what you want!
Buying a bike there was easy and the parts
department had all the accessories I wanted. The
first service came at 600 miles. Phillip and
Daniel took great care of me and the techs even
spent time going over everthing with me. Great
shop that even has Bike Nights on Thursday night

THEIR SERVICE MANAGER PHILLIP WILL TELL YOU WHAT
EVER YOU WANT TO HEAR AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE ABOUT REPAIRS THEY
SUPPOSEDLY DID, AND PARTS THEY SUPPOSEDLY REPLACED
WITH NEW. THEY DAMAGE YOUR BIKE AND TRY TO GET
MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU. THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO
INSTALL SIMPLE PRODUCTS LIKE SADDLEBAGS OR CRUISE
CONTROLLS.
IF YOU HAVE TOP GO THERE FOR SERVICE, TAKE ALOT OF
PICTURES OF YOUR BIKE PRIOR TO IT BEING LEFT, AND
CHECK IT OVER WHEN YOU GET IT BACK.
I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH TO STRESS THAT THEY ARE NOT
TRUSTWORTHY AND REALLY NEED TO BE MONITORED WHEN
IT COMES TO YOUR BIKE.
MY BIKE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME SINCE IT HAS BEEN

respect and honesty.I had been to another store in
town and all they did was push. Also, I had a
small problem after I picked up my bike. Returned

After struggling for about 3 months, 5 trips to
the shop and spending about $2000 (no joke) with a
competitor's service group trying to figure out
why this unit would not run, these guys figured
out the problem pretty much right off the bat and
got the Ranger back in great running shape for
about $400. They showed me what was buggered up
and how to make an adjustment to the idle setting
and throttle linkage should I need to once I was
