Posted On: 11/09/11 I have bought cars, boats, etc. From many dealers and I have to say that cycle springs was the easiest dealership to deal with. I bought a new ninja 250 and i couldn\'t be happier with the buying experience and with the bike itself. Dan is the salesman that I worked with and he\'s gonna be the only guy I talk to from now on regarding bikes and boats. If only they sold cars, I\'d be able to get everything in one place. Thanks again Dan!

Posted On: 11/09/11 everyone was helpful and knowledgeable.and the mechanic tony who is more like a artist fixed my rim that had no business on the road i will not go anyplace else..period if you need work done go here its worth it.....
Posted On: 11/09/11 Chuck and Jimmy were great! They were friendly, informative, and helpful! Chuck and Jimmy really helped us get to our price point and were easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Cycle Springs to anyone looking for a motorcycle, watercraft, or ATV.
Posted On: 11/09/11 I am a first time female rider and Dan in sales did a great job! Not only did he keep me posted when my brand new Kawasaki 250 speical edition arrived, but he also registered me for a Kawasaki promotion which resulted in receiving a $250 M/C gift card and a Kawi Girl Jacket. As a new rider they were able to deliver the bike to my residence in South Tampa without any hesitation. The delivery was smooth and the driver took the time to again review all the specs of my bike, and gave me some tips to get started. The rides so far have gone smooth and I intend to come back to Cycle Springs for some more gear soon. Jimmy was also great-- his was very patient and was flexible with my requests. No other dealership was able to get me the bike I wanted when I wanted it. This was a wonderful experience. Thanks Again!
Posted On: 11/09/11 I just want to say that I had an outstanding experiece at Cycle Springs. I drove up to Cycle Springs from Sarasota because the owner, Marty, was really nice on the phone, and addressed all of my questions. He actually informed me what I would probably get for my trade if it was in the condition I said it was, and I actually ended up getting top dollar for my trade. Nothing against Suzuki of Sarasota or Grannys as I drove up to Cycle Springs, an hour and 15 minutes away, originally to look at a motorcycle that neither of them had in stock. I ended up buying a GSXR 1000 (which both SOS and Granny\'s had)as I liked it better than the bike that I originally went up there for. And since the staff was so helpful, and I wanted to come back on a Monday(which most dealers are closed) to make the purchase, I decided on Cycle Springs. I worked with the Owner Marty, the Manager Jimmy, my Sales Person Peggy, George from service, and the person that actually prepared my bike. All of them were extremely helpful, and I had an excellent overall experience
Posted On: 11/09/11 Let me start by saying that I have never been helped like I was helped at this dealership (CycleSprings). Maurice and Marty both were very proactive and involved in my purchase. I have been looking for months for a Can Am Spyder, more so...I have been looking in the used market because the new bikes cost more than some cars. Unfortunitely, there is not much of a used market because they are such good bikes the people that have them are holding on to them. Cycle Springs had a used one, and it was the only one they had.....after dealing with other dealerships and already expecting the worst I made an appointment with Maurice. I drove to Clearwater from Winter Garden just to see this Spyder and Maurice had it prepped and ready to be viewed. The price was the best I have found yet on one of those bikes and before we left my wife and I had made a purchase. Maurice and Marty were very accomidating, the service level of this dealership is well above, thus making the overall buying experience one of the best I have had. I would recomend them to anyone, it is my opinion that they will deal fairly with their customers

Posted On: 11/09/11 My wife and I recently bought a KLX250 from Cycle Springs and had a great buying experience. Very low pressure environment and the staff is super friendly. After purchasing the bike, they were able to set it up and deliver to our house nearly immediately. Go in and talk to Mike Houston. He was a pleasure to work with after having dealt with the some of the \"used car salesman\" attitudes and tactics we encountered at other dealers. He seemed genuinely nice both before, during, and well after the purchase.

Posted On: 11/09/11 I had been to four different dealerships and by far, Cycle Springs went out of their way to make it a great experience for me. Had a hickup during the financing but Jimmy and the crew took care of it and not only did they make sure I was comfortable on my new bike but \"RODE NEXT TO ME\" on my way home to make sure that everything was ok!!!! The owners and the crew are great,very beginner friendly and understanding to what your looking for in a bike. Thanks again and I promise I will be seeing them in the future....You can\'t put a price tag on that...Thanks Jimmy

Posted On: 11/09/11 If I could give 6 stars I would this shop is amazing!!! I bought my first bike here it is a 2008 Yamaha R6. I was not treated like that feeling you get at a car lot. Mike was my salesman and I must say he was very professional and had a very polite demeanor. I even met the two owners Noel Hughes and Marty Skapik these guys are very cool and down to earth. I know where I\'m going to buy my next toy \"Cycle Springs PowerSports\" in Clearwater, FL. you guys rock A+++++++++++++!!!! Thanks Again, Billy

Posted On: 04/19/11 Noel called me today about my bike for sale on Craigslist. Said he would write me check right now if i would bring it to them. I told him i coudn\'t @ the moment because i have my 7 month old and the bikes the only ride i have. I would have to work it out and call him back. Then the douche ased me i wanted to sell my bike, which i responded its for sale isnt it. Obviously i would like to sell it, but like i said i will have to work it out as i can not ride it up there at the moment, He says well you only a few menutes away dont you want to sell it....jesus christ, does he expect me to put my kids car seat on the back??? Very ubnoxious, if im only a few minutes away get your lazy up and come buy it. They want to buy it so they can make a profit and cant even make any effort, and are rude about it when you say no. Nole or noel whatever it is is a prick.

This company has the same owners that change names of the company so that they can get away with fraud. We are on to your scams.Its too late to fix your wrongs. You have finally met your match and scamed the WRONG person this time, it was only a matter of time anyway. See you again soon in court. Anyone else who has been scammed by these people please join my class action suit against them, lets fight together.

Posted On: 01/17/11 These people are SCAMERS! I have filed a class action lawsuit for their actions of stealing refund money from people who bought an extended warrenty. Posted On: 08/20/10 I worked for ride now at that location for two years. RideNow just sucked. I loved working in the industry because being around powersports has always been a passion of mine. Ridenows numbers had dropped and apperently they were so used to screwing there customers they wanted to step it up a notch and screw some employees too. They fired like four people to cut back. I was one of there top guys. They kept all the new hires to train and cut back on the pay. I wish noel was there then because I wouldnt of had to deall with the corp crap. Ma and pa shops are the best and I can\'t wait to start sending friends to the best bike shop in town. Maybe I will even try to get my job back ;)
