PAYMENT CALCULATORKEY DIFFERENTIATORSPARTS/ACCESSORIESREVIEWS/AWARDSI've only been riding about two years. I started with a 1997 xlh hugger; it was simply too much bike for me. After dealing with a carburated bike and the need to wait for it to warm up etc. I decided I wanted something fuel injected. I'm also really short. This bike is only about .5" higher than a superlow, easy to make up with fat heeled boots; the lower center of gravity makes it easier for me to pick up too. I've had this about 4 months, have 2k miles on it. Compared to my 1997 this is like a pony to a draft horse. For the short ladies like me this is the bike. It's got a slightly different front rake on it than the 1997 making it easier in turns for me. It's so low my motorcycle jack doesn't work on it, had to get a different stand. The wiring on the rear lights is a bit sensitive, had the rear running lights quit although turn signals and break lights continued to work go figure (warranty repair) and also had a "rocker box" gasket start leaking oil (again warranty repair). I suppose on a new bike you have to expect a few grunts and groans, fortunately harley has been great about speedy fixes while I wait. I love the bike, get tons of compliments and I love not having to wait for warmup before it stops stalling at stop lights. I have the black and yellow one pictured above. I love it, would buy this again but I will be replacing the chrome pipes with black ones when I can get the cash I just don't get why they put chrome pipes on an all black bike (lookin at some vance & hines shorties). As a new bike this has a computer and you can get a security system etc. Mine came with the security system which is basically a engine kill. It won't start unless you have the fob on you or know the secret fail safe code..a siren is optional. Security sensors are sensitive...you put the cover on and the lights are flashing all over the place, pick it up even more so. You get two keys and two fobs with the bike and there is a fail safe security code entry feature as well.
