Review: I had a bad experience at the dealer. One example, one of the back brake lights was out. I didn't notice until I was at home with the bike. I called the dealer and asked when I could bring the bike back in for a replacement light bulb and was told two weeks.There several other things.

Features: The handling is better than some of the smaller bikes that I have rode. I really like the bigger back tire and the look from the back it's alot beefer. Great color choices.

Improvements: I don't care for the air shocks, the bike bottoms out over the smallest bump. If you ride when the temps are in the eighties the bike gets extremly hot on the right inner thigh.

Review: Bought mine from Oaklawn H.D. in Illinois. Not a bad price but cost over $200.00 for the iooo mile "oil change" check up.

Features: Overall, pretty satisfied,

Improvements: Too quiet, doesnt rev high enough in first gear. My biggest complaint feels like its rear is bottoming out even over the smallest of bumps.

Review: I have been riding for 50 years and this is the best bike i have ever rode. Like all Harleys you have to buy the bike and then fine tune some things. A SERT and pipes and SE air cleaner will solve the heat problems and will pick up a few hp. I did notice how will the bike handled and it has very good blance. I ordered one the next day after riding my friends 09 Ultra.

Features: Lots of storage, smooth ride. Feels like a Harley. Great looks.

1 - How much air you running in the shocks i was bottoming out alot so i took it back to the dealer and only had 18 lbs pressure we took it up to 45 and it was fine after that
