They can't fix the backfire problem and it's getting worse everytime I bring it in. It's almost like the dealer takes advantage of the Arctic Cat waranty and want to make money with man hour labour. They made me bring in my brand new 2 day old machine for not one but 2 recalls. One was for the backfiring and the other for the spacer on the clutch. They forgot to put a screw back on the cab and when they screwed the cab back into place they squiswed by electric wire connector and forced it into an impossible position. I used my tool kit myself in their parking lot and re-did the job and they were watching me and did not offer me help. This is the worst dealer I have ever ever ever dealt with in my life! The problem is still not fixed and I am going to file a MAJOR complaint against them and get damages compensated back to me. I am definetely changing dealerships once I speak to Artic Cat head office, I excpect something in return. There are even more details of bad service but I have no more time to waist on something that Arctic Cat must settle. Thanks, Steven
