Review: I bought my 2008 Venture in may 2008, What a great bike. It is now November 2008 and I have put 8000 miles on it. No problems and will ride it anywhere. I have never rode a bike this comfortable or reliable. You can't go wrong. Will beat the heck out of a HD electa glide. Looks better than a gold wing.

Features: The cruise control. Weird though, It won't engage at speeds higher than 80 mph. Designed that way.

Improvements: The rear tire tends to wear out fast, I am 250 lbs but would like to get a little more mileage from the tire (tend to last 4 to 5 thousand miles) A quick release on the trunk.

Review: Have owned a leftover 06 Tour Deluxe Midnight for 4 months and have almost 2500 miles on it. This bike is super comfortable and has a LOT more guts than I do. Bought this bike for less than 10k (never titled) and am wondering when somebody is going to figure out they made a mistake in selling it so cheap and come looking for the rest of their money. The Midnight Tour Deluxe is a good looking, HIGHLY dependable motorcycle. Would recommend anybody to this bike. It is a sheer joy to ride. Average 42 mpg, no matter how hard I ride it and it runs the best at 80 mph. The cruise control is effortless and the ride is incomparable.

Features: Fast, fast, fast and twice as comfortable. Ride height is perfect (I am 6 feet tall). Some reviews claim the windshield is too tall, but for me it is perfect. I initially bought this bike because of the cheap price point, but now I doubt if I will ever ride anything else. 500 mile days are a breeze

Improvements: none........at all.........ever.......well ok, maybe more of that V4 power.....but at almost 100 hp......it will get you in trouble REAL quick

Review: I have and ridden Gold Wing for the past 18 years,my was an 81 in 1990 & my first new Gold Ging an 89 in 1991,left over stock for $iok.the Wing was great,but I discovered the 2008 Royal Star Sentures S we bought 7-3-08 is a greater and under estimated ride.We really love and enjoy the 2008 Royal Star Venture S a lot better,have 5500 great trouble free miles on it.With a ride like this we will not go back to the Gold Wing,we both agree, Mama is very happy, and you know what they say about mama being happy.We really believe this motorcycle should be a lot more advertised or promoted.Just try it,you'll be glad you did!

Features: Looks Great,Great Looking Dash,Love the 5 year warranty,handles outstanding at low and road speeds.Seems to be more stable on the road.Just enough chrome to make it stand out to show it self off.plenty of front foot room,and plenty of back seat room for Mama.plenty of trunk & saddle bag storage for trips.Very comfortable.Pleny of power.It looks and sounds like a motorcycle should.

Improvements: For safety - more lighting on rear,would like an ignition-fuel shut off relay if motorcycle leans over too far(say 45 degrees)

Review: All our experiences have been nothing but positive and love every minute we are out on it.We know without a doubt in our minds we will have a great outting.We only get to ride on the week end if it's not stormy,Sue still has that 5 day a week gig plus o.t.but we get out as much as we can.I wish more people would try the ROYAL STAR VENTURE S.Just try it,you'll like it.Love the cruise control.Have nothing negative at all to say about OUR PRIDE & JOY .Wouldn't think of owning anything else now especially when it's perfect.I'll be 63 this 7-30 and plan to keep on riding as long as I can,love it.No more Gold Wing for us after 18 yrs.

I TRAVEL APPROX. 15,000 A YEAR ON HONDAS, AN NOW HARLEYS, WOULD LOVE TO RIDE A VENTURE,IM AFRAID TO PURCHAS ONE, THEY HAVE A BETTER WARNTY, AN EVERYTHING THE HON OR HAR HAS, BUT DEALERS, CANT SELL THEM, AN 3 DEALER, SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO HANDLE VENTURES ANY MORE, THEY CANT SELL THEM, SOMEONE TELL ME WHY, HAVE YOU EVER TRAVELED ON ONE, DOES IT HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO CRUISE 80, EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS BIKE LOOKS GOOD FOR A CRUISER, WHY DONT THEY SALE,WHAT IS ANY PROBLEMS, I DONT WANT TO BUY AN WISH I HADNT, I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY INFO, THANKS JACK

1 - Got a tour deluxe. travel the same amount of miles yearly. Cruise at 80-85, 43-45 mpg, revs to 6k easily & quickly. very pleased.

Been looking at a venture, asking around a friend told me the floor boards vibrated enough to put his feet asleep. Have you herd of this before?
