PAYMENT CALCULATORKEY DIFFERENTIATORSPARTS/ACCESSORIESREVIEWS/AWARDSI bought this 2008 Grizzly 80 for my son this past June. Bought an 80 because of all the manufacturer's reccomendations that no one under 16 should drive anything over 90cc. If I had known then what I know now, I would have gotten something in the 150-250cc range for him. He is 12 years old, is approximately 70 pounds, and stands about 4' 10" tall. Kinda small for his age, but is already outgrowing the grizzly 80. I know it is not going to make it another 4 years for him, as he already rides my 450 grizzly when we go riding, and I take my wife's 350 grizzly 2wd (Son doesn't want to go as fast as you need to in order to climb slippy slopes with only a 2wd, so I take it and he uses mine in 4wd) This machine is sized perfectly, however, for my 9 year old daughter, who is about 4'3" and 55 pounds. If I had to do it over again, I would have bought either the 125 grizzly or 250 big bear over the 80 grizzly, as there is practically no difference in price, but a big difference in capability. Heck, I even saw brand new '08 250 raptors being offered for 2199 the other day---that's about 300 LESS than the 80 grizzly was!
